Sarah Dan Jones
After nearly 10 years at the Georgia Mountains UU Church in Dahlonega, GA, Sarah Dan is currently serving as the Music Director at Northwest UU Church in Atlanta. Active as a composer, linician, and speaker, Sarah Dan has presented workshops around the country on Effective Songleading, and Growing Music Programs Within UU Congregations. 
Additionally, Sarah Dan has been the guest speaker at many churches within the MidSouth District, as well as congregations nationwide.  One of her compositions, Meditation on Breathing, written in response to the events of September 11, 2001, is included in Singing the Journey, and has been sung at UU churches all over North America. Following her mission to “actively participate in the association,” Sarah Dan is the Secretary for the UU Musicians Network (UUMN) and will be the Music Coordinator for the UUA General Assembly in Portland in June 2007.  Sarah Dan is also active as a performer in North Georgia and in the Southeast  Further information, including compositions and booking arrangements, can be found on her website:  sarahdanjones.com
