Three Sisters Vineyards & Winery presents the GEORGIA WINE COUNTRY FESTIVAL every Saturday/Sunday in June (Rain OR Shine) at the Lumpkin County vineyard. Dahlonega's Original Wine Festival Returns for the 12th Year in 2013. FREE General Admission. A Wine Garden featuring guest Georgia Wineries from around the state will be presented for a fee inside the festival. Food and wine will also be available to purchase. BBQ by Godfather's BBQ, Rib County BBQ and Bone Lick BBQ. Music during the weekends includes the Polite Jazz and Standards of Tommy Dean and Mike Ewbank AKA Moose & Squirrel, Old Time, Americana and Bluegrass of The Buzzard Mountain Boys Hootenanny featuring Special Guests Ann Whitley of the Rosen Sisters, Doug Singleton, The Three Arrows and more. Waypoint Center is our local charity and they will be fundraising by selling very cool wine barrel furniture and items. Festival hours are Saturdays 11-5 and Sundays 12-5. Godfather's BBQ of Loganville, GA, Rib County BBQ of North Georgia and NC, and Bone Lick BBQ of Atlanta will alternate weekends. All of these folks are BBQ Masters and Festival Attendees will be able to purchase delicious Q every saturday and Sunday.
