Total Stainless Steel Fermentation And Aging Have Produced A Rich Wine With Beautiful Notes Of Pear, Honey And Melon. Excellent With A Delicate Fish, Roasted Turkey And Spicy Chicken. Pinot Blanc Is Perfect Too With Creamy Cheeses And Egg-Based Dishes. 

Fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve the naked truth of the un-wooded character of the grape. No Oak Bombs Allowed! Notes of pineapple and yellow apple fruit. Some say an un-oaked Chardonnay pairs well with foods higher in salt and lower in sweetness with moderate fat or oil. We say, serve it with a piece of simply prepared salmon or mild curry shellfish, or pasta in a creamy sauce with a caesar salad on the side. 

Our Handcrafted Chardonnay Is Fermented In Stainless Steel And Aged "Sur Lie" In Fine French Oak For Over 12 Months. It Shows Notes Of Vanilla, Tropical Fruit And Pineapple With A Light Cream On The Finish.  Lovely With Grilled Chicken Or Creamy Pasta. 

A Blend Of Pinot Blanc And Vidal Blanc, This Crisp, Off-Dry White Wine Is A Crowd Pleaser.  With Similar Qualities To A Pinot Grigio, Chestatee White Has Notes Of Apple And Honeydew.  You Don’t Even Need A Reason!

 Three Sisters Dry Rosé is made with the saignée method with Cynthiana from our vineyards.It is crisp, cool and floral, with notes of ripe cantaloupe,strawberries and honeydew. This wine pairs well with agedcheeses, sausages or grilled meats. Enjoy with picnics, poolsand good friends. Serve chilled.

Sorta sweet blend of Cab Franc and Merlot.  Great with pimento cheese or fried chicken!  Notes of strawberry and vanilla.
